Melvin Holifield officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Evergreen, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Mrs. Jackson was born November 16, 1960 in Cleveland, Texas to parents, Lester Templeton and Carolyn Sue (Saxton) Templeton, and passed away January 18, 2019 in Coldspring, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Larry “BoBo” Coy Templeton and Jody Templeton. She is survived by her husband, Glen Jackson of Coldspring, Texas; daughter, Pamela Beard and husband, Blanton of Bryan, Texas; grandchildren, Joshua Pierce and wife, Tara of Oakhurst, Texas; Kate Lynn Pierce of Oakhurst, Texas; Lane Pierce of Bryan, Texas and Hope Pierce of Bryan, Texas; great-grandson, Eli Pierce of Oakhurst, Texas; brothers, Randy Templeton and wife, Shirley of Leggett, Texas, Mike Templeton and wife, Marylouise of Galveston, Texas, and Sammy “Doodley” Templeton and wife, Kimmie of Alabama; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
