Billy’s Obituary SINGLETON, Billy Irwin; of Davisburg; passed away January 20, 2019; age 58; father of William (Meghan) Singleton and Sarah (Alan) Boadway; grandpa of Aubrie & Addison; son of Billy Ray Singleton; brother of Karen (Francis) Scheffer; preceded in death by his mother Sonya Mumaw and brother Matthew.
