Mrs. Betty M. Hayes, age 78 of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday evening, December 6, 2018, surrounded by her loving family following a brief illness. She was born September 4, 1940 in Carroll County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Cleveland Geter, Sr. and the late Annie Mae Reynolds Geter.
