Barry Dean Azbill, 47, passed away January 14, 2019. He was born on April 28, 1971, in Dayton, OH to Preston, Jr and Frances (Tucker) Azbill. Barry enjoyed his work as a CEI Inspector at Keystone Civil. He is remembered as very kind man, thoughtful and giving. He loved animals, fishing, biking and playing his guitar. Barry is survived by his loving wife, Virginia; daughter, Leah Azbill; step-son, Brenden Welch; step-daughter, Jewel Cole and sister, Jackie Wadleigh. A memorial service will be held at Oak-Griner Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 19, 2019, with Pastor Pete Menendez officiating.
