OBITUARY Barbara Byrnes December 6, 1931 – January 28, 2019 Mary ‘Barbara’ (Hogan) Byrnes, 87, of Marlborough, passed away on Monday, Jan. 28, 2019. Mary was born in Berlin, New Hampshire and was daughter to the late George and Mabel (Rouleau) Hogan and had lived most of her life in East Hartford. She was a retiree of the East Hartford School System after 20 years of service. Barbara was a devoted catholic, enjoying mass regularly with her friends. She enjoyed time spent with family and friends, especially playing cards. She is survived by her children: Debra and Matthew Archambault of Marlborough and Keith and Judy Byrnes of Manchester, her beloved grandchildren: Luke Archambault, Samuel Byrnes and Jillian Byrnes and her precious great grandson, Barrett Byrnes. She was predeceased by her loving son, Timothy Byrnes. Barbara was the last living sibling to her 4 sisters and 3 brothers. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Patty ton for being there when the family couldn’t. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11am in St. Christopher Church of St. Edmund Campion Parish, 538 Brewer St., East Hartford, followed by her burial in St. Mary Cemetery, East Hartford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to: Apple Rehabilitation of Colchester, for their kind loving care during her stay.
