Obituary On January 25, 2019, Ann J. McDougall of Laingsburg was called by her Lord and Savior. Ann was Born Sept. 29, 1925 in Lansing, Mi. Daughter of Charles William and Luella Moore. She graduated from Bath Community Schools and Michigan State College. Ann taught elementary education for over 30 years, retiring from Ovid Elsie Schools.
