ALVIN N. OGLE, age 91, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City. Preceded in death by wife, Mary Magdalene Knight Ogle; parents, Isaac and Martha Oakley Ogle; brothers, Bill, Fred and Lee Ogle; sisters, Novella Nolan, Lena Latham, Blanche Latham, and Maxine Henderson; granddaughter, Scarlet Davis. He is survived by son, David (Virginia) Ogle; daughter, Betty (Russ) Miller; grandchildren, Russell (Kellie) Miller, Mark (Kala) Miller, and James Ogle; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Special thanks to the staff and residents of Courtyard Senior Living in Knoxville. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at Farrar Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
