Alexander “Charlie” Rascona, 94, of Mansfield Center, CT, died April 24, 2017 at home surrounded by family and those who loved him. He was born on June 4, 1922 in New York, New York. The son of Elvira Borgia Ventrelli and Alessandro Rascona. Charlie was predeceased by his wife, Margaret, and sisters Tillie and Connie.
