Obituary for William D. Keagy William D. Keagy, 80, of Bloomfield, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. Born May 30, 1938 in Jasonville, he was the son of John Irvin and Ertice Dale (Rumple) Keagy. Bill was a computer operator for NSWC Crane and a United States Navy veteran. Surviving relatives include: one daughter, Lisa Jones (Mark) of Kalispell, Montana; two sons, Dennis Clayton (Sheila) of Bloomfield and Roger Clayton (Brenda) of Loogootee; his grandchildren, Jeanne Jones, Jordan Jones and Jared Jones, Shawn Clayton (Pamela), Jayson Clayton, Jeremy Clayton (Missy), Scott Clayton, Chris Clayton, Andrea Smith (Ethan) and Heather Bagshaw (Tony); caregiver and family member , Brenda VanHentenrych; and numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, June Keagy on December 19, 2004, sisters, Laura Stiffler, Betty Medlock, Helen Ford, and Ilene Purl, two brothers, Irvin and James Keagy and his parents. There will be no public visitation or funeral services. Private graveside services will be held at Dishman Cemetery at a later date. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
