Thomas Richard Wiliams 1922 2018

Obituary of Thomas Wiliams Thomas R. Williams, 96, of Lake Havasu City, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2018 from a short battle with pneumonia. He was born October 13, 1922 in Mansfield, Ohio to Harry B. Williams and Olive Hilton Williams. After high school, he served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. He was married to Viola I. Meyer for a wonderful 67 years. They moved to Lake Havasu City in 1978 from Mansfield, Ohio. They have three surviving children; Randall (Betty) Williams, Cyndi Morgan (Tony Pomilia) and Daryl Williams. He has 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 and ½ great-great-grandchildren. He was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church which he enjoyed going to with his companion of 4 years, Ella Rae Chase. He enjoyed traveling with his family and walking at Rotary Park. He was preceded in death by his wife; Viola, parents and siblings. Military Services are set for Friday, December 7, 2018 at 4:30 pm at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Foundation. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
