LOWVILLE- Stephen E. Beyer, 69 of Grandbury, Texas, formerly of Lowville, died on December 5, 2018 in Texas under the care of Hospice. Survivors include a sister, Debra Canell of Lowville and two brothers, Thomas Beyer of Castorland and Mark Beyer of Lowville. Steve was preceded in death by his sister Cheryl Beyer Baker. Steve was born on October 18, 1949 in Lowville, NY, a son of the late George and Barbara Bushey Beyer and graduated from Lowville Academy in 1967.
