Sister Mary Henry Bernard, O.S.U., beloved daughter of the late Henry John and Matilda Romer Bernard, dear sister of John (Mary) and the late Sister Matilda (Margaret) Bernard, O.S.U., Paul (Ludmilla), Edward (Bernice), Richard (Fern), Joseph (Leona), Mary (Bill) Faller and Anne (Ferd) Kopp, survived by many nieces and nephews. A member of the Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati for 74 years. Entered into Eternal Life on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the age of 92. Sister served at Holy Name, Our Lady of the Visitation, St. Henry (Dayton), All Saints, St. Monica, St. Ursula Villa, St. Francis de Sales and St. Ursula Academy schools. Visitation Saturday, December 1 from 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 AM at St. Ursula Convent Chapel, 1339 E. McMillan St. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati.
