Obituary for Shirley Eileen Morgan Shirley Eileen Morgan, 90, passed away on December 14, 2018 in St. Petersburg, Florida with her family by her side. Mrs. Morgan was born in Wayne Township, New Jersey and came to Fort Pierce in 1970 coming from Butler, New Jersey. Shirley retired from Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in 1985 and was a retiree of New Jersey Bell. She was the Executive Director of St. Lucie-Okeechobee County Medical Society. She was a member of First Congregational Church of Jesus Christ, past member of American Red Cross, past member of the American Cancer Society, church choir member and member of Villages of Lawnwood Crime Watch. Survivors include her sons, Glenn H. Morgan of Fort Pierce, FL and Robert B. Morgan and daughter-in-law, Lynda Morgan of St. Petersburg, FL; Robert’s sister-in-law, Denise Savino and granddaughter, Savannah Morgan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Morgan and sisters, Evelyn Boogerman and Audrey Sutter. Memorial contributions may be made to Westside Baptist Church, 3361 S. Jenkins Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981. Services: An inurnment will take place on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM at White City Cemetery, Fort Pierce.
