Obituary for Roland C. Ransom II Born to Eternal Life December 20, 2018 at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Judy (nee Schmelebeck) for 52 years. Loving father of Paulette (Michael) Miller, Stephanie (Christopher) Dunn and the late Wayne. Dear grandpa of Stephen and Mackenzie. Brother of Daryl (Monica) and Julie Ann. Brother-in-law of Shirley, Robert (Liz) and Gloria. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Roland proudly served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam era and was a member of Mukwonago Post 375 American Legion. He was a member of Knights of Columbus St. Joseph Council #13733 and Basilica of St. Josaphat Assembly 3210 and was a Past State Deputy and Former Eastern District Master. He was a dedicated volunteer for VAVS at the Zablocki VA Medical Center and was the VAVS 2018 male Volunteer of the Year and also received the 2018 Americanism Award. Visitation Friday, December 28 from 3:00 – 5:45 PM at ST. JOSEPH CHURCH (S89W22650 Milwaukee Ave, Big Bend) followed by the celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 6:00 PM. Private Interment at Oak Knoll Cemetery.
