OBITUARY Rodney Wayne Miller August 9, 1959 – December 29, 2018 Rodney Wayne Miller, 59, of North Vernon, IN died Dec. 29, 2018 at his home. He was born in Greensburg, IN August 9, 1959 the son of Callie and Zelma Wayman Miller. Rodney was of the Catholic Faith. He retired after 30 years at U.S. Silica in Ottawa, IL. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He is survived by sons Ryan (Heidi) Miller of Utica, IL and Blake (financee Melissa Parks) Miller of Ottawa, IL; brother, Ray (Judy) Miller of North Vernon, IN; sister, Janie Pittman of North Vernon, IN; half-brother, Steven (Doris) Feese, Columbus, In; half-sister, Linda (Steve) Henderson of Columbus. 4 grandchildren. He was preceded by parents; brother, Norman Miller. Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday Hathaway~Myers Chapel on Pearl Street with Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to service time. Burial in Garland Brook Cemetery. Hathaway~Myers Chapel 1022 Pearl Street in Columbus, IN is assisting the family.
