OBITUARY Richard Maddux February 16, 1951 – December 31, 2018 Richard Maddux, 67, of Alma, passed away Monday, December 31, 2018 in Fayetteville. He was born February 16, 1951 in Shawnee, OK. He had worked for Sparks, Sam’s Club, and Mannatech; and was preceded in death by his father, Ross Maddux. He is survived by an uncle and aunt, Darrell and Verna Goodpasture; and cousins, David and Debbie Goodpasture, Mike and Teresa Coleman, Mark and Christine Goodpasture, Doug and Andrea Goodpasture, Holly Dobbs, Derick Coleman, Micaleigh English, Brian Goodpasture, Sarah Boen, and Matthew and James Goodpasture. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Alma, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. Pallbearers will be David Goodpasture, Mark Goodpasture, Doug Goodpasture, Mike Coleman, Paul Dobbs, Jason Boen, and Brian Goodpasture.
