Patricia V. Lapp Lyons: Formerly of North Rose, NY, went home to be with the Lord on December 19, 2018 at age 84. She was born, Patricia Ann Van Horn to the late Arthur and Mary (O’Donnell) Van Horn. Patricia was also predeceased by her husband, Edward Lapp; daughter, Lynette Kiesinger; sisters, Priscilla DeHond, Betty and Mavis Van Horn; brother, Arthur Van Horn, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Daniel (Susie) Lapp, Jeffrey Lapp and daughter, Lori Lapp; special son-in-law, Wayne Kiesinger; grandchildren, Ronald (Patricia) Kiesinger, Jessica Lapp, Taylor-Lyn Lapp, Lauren Lapp and Joseph, Nicholas, Katelyn and Adriana Durgan; 15 great grandchildren. Patricia work as a Nutrition Site Manager for the Office of Youth and Aging. She was a longtime member of Alton Gospel Tabernacle. Patricia’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to the entire staff of Wayne County Nursing Home, for their loving and devoted care.
