Obituary of Pamela Tisdell Pamela Tisdell, of Corning, NY, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Absolut Care at Three Rivers in Painted Post, NY after a brief illness. Pamela was born in England, then immigrated to Canada, from there she resided in Lewiston, NY and Myrtle Beach, SC and then returned to Corning, NY to be closer to her family. She was married to Raymond Tisdell who predeceased her in 1995. Pamela is survived by her daughter, Joanne (Ed) Frazzini of Corning; sons: Stephen (Mary Ellen) Lugg, and Paul (Anna) Lugg, both of St. Catharine’s, Ontario, Canada; grandchildren: Paul, Angela, Stuart, Pamela, Daniel, and Andrew. At the request of the family, services will be privately held. Pamela’s family entrusted her care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc .
