Nester C. Gibson, 80 of Sissonville passed away December 7, 2018. He was a Christian, sang with The Gibson Family for 52 years and retired from West Virginia Department of Highways after 27 years of service. Preceding him in death were his parents, William and Ethel Gibson, five brothers, three sisters and one granddaughter. His brothers, Johnny and Larry Gibson and sister, Kathy Smith. 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. The family would like to express a special thanks to his doctors and to the SICU staff at CAMC Memorial Division. Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday December 11, 2018 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Leroy Conner officiating. Visitation with the family will be Monday December 10 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
