Obituary for Myrna A. Franklin SOUTH HAMILTON- Myrna A. (Doyle) Franklin passed away on December 7, 2018 in Beverly Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard H. Franklin. Born in Salem on March 12, 1936, she was the daughter of the late John and Madeline (Burgoyne) Doyle. Myrna lived most of her life in Hamilton. She loved animals and supported many shelters. She loved traveling to Ohio to spend time with her family, including her much cherished great-granddaughter Elena, to Aruba which she did many times with her sister, Joan and family and in more recent years to Florida with her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles and Marilyn Franklin and their family. Her infectious laugh will be missed. She is survived by her son, Richard Franklin of South Hamilton, her grandson, Matthew Franklin and his wife, Liz of Ohio, her granddaughter, Lisa Franklin of Hawaii, her great granddaughter Elena, a brother, John Doyle of Danvers, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Karl Franklin and her sister, Joan LeBlanc. Her Funeral Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Myrna’s name to ASPCA PO Box 96929, Washington, DC, 20090.
