Obituary for Martina N. Carroll Martina N. Carroll, 74, of Brenden Street, Westerly, passed away at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Rose Carroll. Martina worked in hospitality for Wyndham Hotels and enjoyed traveling throughout the world. She is survived by three children, Donna L. Allinson and spouse Mary Brancato of Westerly, Rodger J. Allinson of Warwick and Robert F. Allinson of Concord, NH. She also leaves two grandchildren, Joseph K. Sorensen and Jeffrey J. Sorensen, both of Westerly; and Mary’s three children, Doreen Lord Vartabedian and spouse Nick, Thomas Lord and Brianna Lord; Mary’s two grandchildren, Sidney and Ozzie; and her dog Baxter. Visiting hours will be held at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly, on Friday from 10am – 12 noon, immediately followed by a funeral service at 12 noon in the funeral home.
