Obituary for Mark Gregory Apple Mark Gregory Apple, age 61, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. Mark was born in Middletown, Ohio on January 1, 1957 to the late William and Reva Apple. Mark is preceded in death by his sister, Gail Melgaard. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Apple; two sons, Ryan Apple, Derek Apple; granddaughter, Lillian Cole Apple; three sisters, Linda Morton, Janice Russell, Tracy Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Spring Hill Church of Christ, 2021 Brell Drive, Middletown, OH 45042.
