Obituary for Margaret Ann Spencer Margaret Ann Spencer, 78, of Martinsville, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018, at her residence with her family surrounding her. She was born June 11, 1940 in Martinsville, to the late Joseph Easley and Ora Effie Dillon Harris, Sr. She was a Charter Member of Orchard Drive Baptist Church, a member of Landmark Baptist Church and retired from Warren Trucking. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Charlie Spencer; 1 son, Franklin James (Teresa) Spencer; 2 grandchildren, Matthew Spencer and Patrick Spencer. She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Lorene Setliff and 3 brothers, William Bronze Harris, Edward Lee Harris and Joseph Easley Harris, Jr. Family will receive friends Wednesday, December 26, 6 pm to 8 pm at Landmark Baptist Church, 3870 Virginia Ave., Collinsville and other times at the home. Funeral Services will be Thursday, December 27, 11 am at the church with Dr. J.D. Harmon, officiating. Burial to follow in Blackberry Church Cemetery. Wright Funeral Service and Crematory, 1425 Greensboro Rd., Martinsville, entrusted with arrangements.
