Lucius J. Lumpkins, 81 of Harrisburg passed peacefully on Saturday December 8, 2018. He was the son of the late Jack McLloyd and Allean Lumpkins. He retired as a hotel clerk and served honorably in the U. S. Army. He enjoyed traveling, photography, going to the Heinz Senior Center, the Broad Street Market and thrift shopping, he was also a good chef. He was also a historian of African American culture. He is survived by siblings; Ann S. Dade, Allean Stanton, Kathleen S. Donnon, Marlean S. Wright, aunt, Ann Mills, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends.
