Obituary of Joseph Reynolds, Sr. Joseph P. Reynolds, Sr., age 53 of Fairport Harbor, passed away December 23, 2018. Born January 1, 1965 in Painesville to Richard and Ida Reynolds, he was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Reynolds enjoyed fishing but especially enjoyed the time he spent with his family and friends. He worked in the construction trades. He is survived by his wife Dora (Ward) Reynolds, son Joseph Reynolds, Jr. and stepson DeShane Ward; mother Ida Reynolds; siblings Nancy Reynolds of Mentor, Richard Reynolds of Austinburg, Charlie Reynolds of Thompson, Margaret Sharp of Mentor, Billy Reynolds of Mentor, Laura Colon Reynolds of Willoughby and Diane Reynolds of Mentor. He was preceded in death by his father Richard, sisters Ruth Schneider and Linda Lohr and brother Mark Reynolds. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Avenue, (opposite Lake Erie College), Painesville. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 102 Cherry Avenue, Chardon, Ohio 44024 or at www.cancer.org.
