Obituary for Jessica Lynn Branagan-Anderson Jessica Lynn Branagan-Anderson, 33, of Norwich, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday, December 1, 2018. Born on May 31, 1985, in Hamilton, NY, Jessica was the daughter of Todd A. and Carol (Tilbe) Branagan, and one of their five children. She was a graduate of Christian Academy Schools. Her life was fulfilled by the love of her four children. She took great pride in them, and enjoyed nothing better than to be able spend time with them and make joyful memories with them. She also loved music, and especially singing, and was quite the entertaining conversationalist. She will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her. Jessica is survived by her children, Austin, Kaitlyn, Kailey, and Wyatt Anderson, all of North Carolina; father Todd A. Branagan of South New Berlin; mother Carol Sedore and her husband, Leslie, of Norwich; siblings Jason Tehan, of Sherburne, Sabrina Wakefield and her husband, Dan, of Oxford, Nicholas Tehan and his companion, Leanna Brown, of Hubbardsville, and Todd G. “TJ” Branagan and his companion, Jennifer Clark, of South New Berlin; grandfather Gerald Branagan, of Morrisville; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the Wilson Funeral Home, in Norwich, on Friday, December 7, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
