Jesse Michael Franklin, 46 of Taylorville passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at Heritage Health Care Center in Pana, IL. He was born on September 30, 1972 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Jesse Thomas and Carole (Hoffland) Franklin. Jesse worked as a welder for several different companies through the years. He is survived by his Sons: Jesse Eric Franklin of Grand Forks, ND two Grandchildren; Father: Jesse Thomas (Lucille) Franklin of Taylorville, IL; half-Sisters: Christine and Terri Jo; step-sisters: Vickie (Jerry) Williams of Rochester, IL; Kim (Pat) McGriff of Murphysboro, IL; Several Nieces, Nephews and aunts. He was preceded in death by his Mother, grandparents: Jess and Grace Franklin, Stanley and Lou Hoffland, Uncles: Gillis, Bill and Mike Franklin, Step-Brother: Mark Loreth. Jesse will be cremated and the family will have graveside a graveside service at a later date. Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
