Obituary of Janice Lowman Lowman, Janice M. Age 79 of Elmira Heights, NY. She was born May 1, 1939 in Elmira, daughter of the late Leonard and Gertrude (Lovell) Sargent and passed away Friday, December 14, 2018 at Bethany Manor. She was predeceased by her husband Seymour; daughter Diane O’Dell and grandson Samuel Lowman. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Dale and Kellie Lowman of Elmira; granddaughter Emma Lowman of Elmira; grandson Mark (Teri) O’Dell of Pine City; great grandsons Brady and Christopher O’Dell of Pine City; ; special sister-in-law Sally (Harold) Casteline of Elmira; 2 brothers; 3 sisters along with several nieces and nephews. Jan owned and operated Jan’s Ceramics in Elmira Heights for 45 years. Private services will take place a t the convenience of her family.
