James “Jim” Edward Bell, age 70, Knightstown resident passed away on Monday December 24,2018 surrounded by his family at Henry Community Health. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, football, cars, auctions, fishing and especially a good joke. Left to cherish his loving memory include his loving wife of 45 years, Cathy Nicholson Bell; 2 children, a son Tim Bell and a daughter Jenny (Jason) King; 5 grandchildren, Dylan (fiancée Brin) Bell, Jaelynn (Travis)Cooper, Reese Bell, Jayce Bell and Robert Olvey; 2 great grandchildren, Zarinah Wynne and Scarlett Cooper, sister, Barb (John) Walker; 2 brother in laws, Chris (Sue) Nicholson and Tony (Mary) Nicholson; a sister in law, Brenda Nicholson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother in law Scott Nicholson; mother and father in law, Tom and Thelma Nicholson and a nephew Brandon Nicholson. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 PM on Sunday December 30, 2018 at Macer Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Monday December 31, 2018 at Macer Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service with George Maloyed Jr., officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Henry County VFW Burial will be in Clear Spring Cemetery west of New Castle.
