JAMES H. DURHAM of Vincentown, NJ, passed away on Thursday, December 20th, 2018. He was 81 yrs. old. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, he is the son of the late James H. and Anna Durham, and is the husband of the late Catherine Powell Durham. Jim worked as a truck driver for many years. His life passions were being behind a microphone with his guitar, or spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jim is the Beloved Father of Kathleen Becker (Doug) and James H. Durham, III (Kim). He is the Loving Grandfather of Kristina Gerber (Kevin), Sharon Yowell (Jerry), Lesley-Ann Hodgson (Matt), James H. Durham, IV, and Robin Wu (Will). Jim is the Loving Great Grandfather of Henry, Alex, Mackenzie, Annabelle, Becker and Maverick. He is survived by his siblings Doris Wills, Ann Severs, Nancy Birtell, and is predeceased by his siblings Charles Duncan, William Durham, Lauretta Hatch and Robert Durham. Jim will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to his Graveside Service on Saturday, December 29 at 10AM at the Jr. Mechanic Cemetery, Carranza Rd, Tabernacle, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ. In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family asks that donations be made in Jim’s name to Guitars In The Classroom, GITC, 761 Hotel Circle S, Suite 210, San Diego, CA, 92108.
