Mr. Ivey passed away December 26, 2018 at Merit Health Wesley Medical Center. Bro. Delton Parker and Bro. J.D. Breland will officiate with burial to follow in the Beaumont Cemetery. Pallbearers will be J.R. Anderson, Gary Dunnam, Bobby Prentiss, Ronnie Deakle, Johnny Ray Eubanks and Eddie Pittman. Mr. Ivey was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Mae Ivey; parents, William Henry and Myrtle Ivey. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Phillip) Pipkin of Beaumont; granddaughter, Kristin Pipkin of Beaumont; brother, Mitchell Ivey of Beaumont; sisters, Mary (Otha) Hinton of Beaumont, Pat Miller of Beaumont; host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Ivey was employed for 54 years with Hood Industries in Beaumont. Visitation will be Sunday, December 30, 2018 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Beaumont.
