Gary Lee Jersild, Sr., 68, of Westminster, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home. Born December 4, 1950 in Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Lawrence Raymond and Shirley Margaret Hudson Jersild. He was the loving husband of Mary L. Jersild, whom he married May 14, 2005. Gary was a longtime devoted member of Crosswind Church. He was a man of great faith. Gary was known for being a hardworker and he loved to build things. Denise Study; 14 grandchildren; and mother-in-law Chris Burcham. In addition to his parents he was predecease by brother Larry J. Jersild. A celebration of Gary’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Crosswind Church, 640 Lucabaugh Mill Rd, Westminster. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Crosswind Church, 640 Lucabaugh Mill Rd, Westminster, MD 21157.
