Elizabeth Ann Leeper Mrs. Elizabeth Leeper departed this life on Saturday, December 22, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Christ Chapel in Atwood, Tennessee. She was born on November 16, 1958 in Humboldt, Tennessee to the late Edward Foutch and Allie Mae Scroggins Foutch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and a sister, Nancy Katherine. Elizabeth is survived by two sons, Jeremy Baker (Bridgett) of Atwood, Tennessee and Charles Baker (Christine) of Oakfield, Tennessee; three brothers, Edward Lee Foutch (Gwyline) of Trenton, Tennessee, Johnny Foutch (Regina) of Texas and Roy Foutch of Dyer, Tennessee; one sister, Donna Cochran (Len) of McKenzie, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Wyatt Baker, Garrett Baker, Kirsten Baker and Drake; five nieces; and three nephews.
