Obituary of Donna Conklin Ms. Donna Marie Conklin Matamoras, PA Ms. Donna Marie Conklin of Matamoras, PA and a lifetime resident of the area died Friday, November 30, 2018 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis. She was 75. She was born December 17, 1942 in Huguenot, NY the daughter of the late Russell Conklin and the late Catherine Elizabeth Clark Conklin. Donna was primarily a stay at home Mom who also helped care for the children in her extended family. She was the Angel of the family who kept everyone grounded with her advice and wisdom. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren whom she cherished and adored. Surviving are: Daughter: Donna Korth Lewis and her husband Joe Matamoras, PA Her companion of 49 years: George Misenhelder Matamoras, PA Sister: Harriet Mayfield Town of Greenville, NY 2 Grandsons: Joseph Lewis & Daniel Lewis Also several nieces, nephews and cousins Her good friends: Connie Mandakis Matamoras, PA MaryAnn Morgan Sullivan County, NY 1 predeceased sister: Geraldine Talmadge 3 predeceased brothers: Philip Conklin, Russell Conklin and Gary Conklin. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771 Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 12:00 pm from Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis with Pastor Patt Kauffman officiating. Burial will be at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY.
