Obituary for Dolores A. Marx Albany-Dolores A. Marx, 92, entered Eternal Life Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Teresian House. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mary Sullivan Diegel. Dolores graduated from Vincentian Institute. She formerly worked at Woolworths Department Store as a bookkeeper, part-time at Schaffers Department Store, and was a longtime homemaker. She enjoyed candy, shopping, but most of all spending time with her beloved children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the wife of the late Leonard Marx; mother of Karen A. Napierski (late Leonard) and Kevin L. Marx (Mary D.); grandmother of Timothy Napierski, Leonard Napierski, Gregory Napierski, Michael Napierski, Jason Marx, Brittany Marx and Ashley Marx; great grandmother of Carter T., Hope J., Maeve B., Kayden and Jace; sister of the late Edward Diegel and Harold Diegel; many other family members and friends survive. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Carmel Gardens West at Teresian House for their compassion and care.
