SEARSMONT DAVID D. GROVER, 68, went home to be with his Lord and Savior surrounded by his loving family on December 21, 2018 at his residence in Searsmont. He was born in Walpole, Massachusetts on January 10, 1950 to Francis and Margie (Dillon) Grover. When David was 9 years old, the family moved to Searsmont. He graduated from Belfast High School in 1968. David loved his family dearly. He loved to share his Christian faith with everyone he met. David is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lois Grover of Searsmont; His children Jerry Grover of Pennsylvania and Kimberly Brown and husband Shawn of Somerville; his brother Gary Grover and wife Penny, sisters Patricia Clark and husband John, Carol Curtis and husband Bill; his grandchildren Tanya Wadsworth and husband Sam, Taylor Mosher and husband Kaleb, Timothy, Tyler, Trevor, Tucker, Thomas, Trenton Brown and great granddaughter Joy-Anna Wadsworth. Services will be held January 5, 2019 at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast with a 12 noon visiting time until the 1:00 PM Funeral service. Private burial will take place in the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Augusta.
