Obituary of Constance LaPlant Phelps, Constance E. LaPlant (Holler) age 62, passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 2, 2018 surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer. Friends are invited to a celebration of her life on Sunday December 9 at the home of her daughter Alisha LaPlant 1196 County Road 23 Phelps, NY 14532. She is survived by her husband Michael LaPlant Daughters Alisha (Shelly) LaPlant Sara (Jason) Coombs Son James (Elisha) LaPlant Grandchildren Gavin A. Ladd, Finch A. LaPlant, Dylan and Jaiden Coombs, Zeke Wise and Carson LaPlant Sisters Lori and Karen Barrett Brother Keith Barrett It is requested that memorials be sent to Alisha and Shelly LaPlant 1196 County Rd. 23 Phelps, NY 14532 Funeral arrangements have been made with the Cheney Funeral Home 70 Main Street Phelps.
