Obituary for Christina A. Forrester Christina A. Forrester of Gowanda, NY died Friday, December 14, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 61. She was born September 28, 1957 in Bradford, PA a daughter of the late Harold and Shirley (nee VanTassel) Hunt. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, fishing and playing bingo. She is survived by her husband, George Forrester who she married August 7, 1982 at the Salem Lutheran Church in Springville; her daughter- Stacey Forrester of Delevan; two grandchildren: Shane and Landon; her brother – Harold “Pat” (Margaret) Hunt of South Carolina; her brother-in-law: Joe Keneske of Ridgeway, PA; her sisters-in-law: Darleen Lindstrom of Olean, Linda Pascucci of North Tonawanda and Donna (Steve) Hebrank of Florida; also survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters – Bonnie Keneske and Diane Dorman. There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in the Salem Lutheran Cemetery in Mortons Corners. Memorials may be made to the Gowanda Fire Department, 230 Aldrich St., Gowanda, NY 14070.
