OBITUARY CECIL TON September 10, 1940 – December 23, 2018 Cecil Ray ton, 78, went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2018. Cecil was born in Scott County, VA to the late Luther and Lula ton. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. Cecil ran a produce stand on John B. Dennis for more than 30 years. He raised two grandchildren until 2015, loved the outdoors, and always helped anyone in need. Cecil never met a stranger. He is preceded in death by his wife Terry ton; parents, Lula and Luke ton; sisters, Louise Crowe and Lois Sieber; and brothers, Harold ton, Bruce ton, and Worley ton. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Christina Winston (Chris); sons, Ray ton (Dorothy), Kelly ton (Patty), Jeff ton (Trish), Timmy ton, Wade ton, and David Langrel; sisters, Patsy Cassell, Lois Lynn ton and Sandra Kay ton; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00pm with Pastor Eugene ton and Evangelist Mark ton officiating. Music provided by Mark and Paige ton. Cecil will be entombed on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 11:00am at East Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum II. Pallbearers will be Allen ton, Daniel ton, Junior Dockery, Ronald Begley Jr., Josh ton and Andy ton. Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy ton Jr. and Austin Williams.
