Carol Dietrich, age 81, of Seaford, DE passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018. Carol retired from the DuPont Company in Seaford in 1992 after 35 years. She was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church. Her husband Theodore “Ted” Dietrich died in 2010. She is survived by 3 daughters, Karen Hurley , Brenda Wood and her husband Robert and Janice Evans and her husband Glen, 4 grandchildren, Heather Walker and her husband Chris, Scot Lloyd, Jennifer Hurley and Tyler Wood (fiancée, Karen Tingles), and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 2 PM at Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N. Shipley St, Seaford. Friends may call at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford on Friday evening from 6 to 8 and at church on Saturday from 1 to 2. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N. Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973.
