Bette Blaine Blaine Graham January 31 1926 December 17 2018 (age 92)

Bette Blaine Graham, 92 of Shadyside formerly of Wheeling Island, peacefully passed on Monday December 17, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 31, 1926 in Wheeling, a daughter of then late Edward H. and Lestie (Marty) Blaine. She was a Retired employee of Belmont Technical College in the Records Dept. She was an employee of the former Wheeling Closure, and was a Master Gardner. She also worked at Oglebay Park. Bette was fondly known to everyone as “Mink”. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Graham in 1960, and a sister Helen Blaine. Bette is survived by her special nephews Jeff Shallcross and Vic Kulback both of Shadyside, her caretaker Martha Hodgekiss, and Steve and Bill Shallcross of Bellaire. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Saturday December 22, 2018 from 11 am till time of service at 1 pm, with Pastor Ian Thornton officiating, interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
