Atiya Daaiyah Ramseur aka “Yung Teezy” or “Tee-Tee” was born in Newark, NJ on August 31, 1990 at Beth Israel Hospital to Anita Rich and Jonathan Ramseur. Atiya was a graduate of Dieruff HS class of 2007. She went on to pursue a Certificate in web-design from Lehigh Carbon Community College. Atiya was also a Certified Peer Specialist. She also had many passions, but her real passion was music. She was an exceptional and accomplished rapper and writer. Atiya was loving, caring, empathetic, and giving. She was always willing to help others. She continues to provide for others even through death. Atiya was an organ donor and has saved 5 lives since her sunrise, including a 3 year old boy. People loved to be around Atiya, her smile was like Sunshine on a Rainy day. Atiya’s Legacy will continue to live on, not just through memories, but also through all the lives she has saved. There will never be another Yung Teezy. Atiya leaves behind to cherish her memories: her mother, Anita Rich; father Jonathan Ramseur; sisters, Aunyea Ramseur, Abreana Ashburn, Aaliyah Rich and Qimmah Burgess; brorothers, Darrell Crossen and Talik Washington; Grandmother; Annie King (Ernest). She was preceeded in death by her paternal grandparents Alfred and Jessie Ramseur and maternal grandfather John Henry Rich; aunts, Felicia Kennedy-Dowell, Crystal Rich, Du-e-wa King, Gwendolyn Utley, Jeanette and Tonya Ramseur; God son, Quazir Ramseur and a host of other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
