Obituary of Arthur Lynch Woodgate- Arthur T. “Bud” Lynch, 85, of Walnut Road, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Utica. Bud was born in Middleville, on December 20, 1932, a son of Thomas and Elsa Rath Lynch. He grew up and lived for many years in Middleville, where he attended West Canada Valley School. For many years he was employed as a foreman in bridge construction for D.W. Winkleman Construction Co., Syracuse. He moved to Woodgate, from Middleville in 1980. On November 23, 1974, Bud married the love of his life, Paula B. Boor, in Middleville, NY. Paula passed away on February 16, 2015. He is survived by two step daughters, Susan and David Alger, Boonville and Lisa Nicholas and Dale Wysluzaly, Bridgewater; three grandchildren, Joseph and Matthew Kraszewski and Jessica Nicholas and five great grandchildren; his sisters, Louise Crowl, Helen Rachon, Theresa Baumes, Florine Cool, Eileen (Bill) Foster and Debra and brothers, Charles Lynch, James Lynch, Larry (Karen) Lynch and Wesley (Kim) Lynch; a brother in law, Dr. Paul Boor Galveston, TX and nieces, nephews and cousins. Bud was predeceased by his sister, Lois Rose and by a brother, William A. “Bill” Lynch. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in the spring, in Woodgate Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodgate Fire Department, Woodgate, NY 13494. His arrangements are in care of Trainor Funeral Home, Inc., Boonville.
