Obituary of Angelina Grinnell Angelina Grinnell, age 75, of Corning, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Mrs. Grinnell was born May 18, 1943 in Corning, the daughter of Nicholas and Rose (DeMattina) Ruocco. Angelina married James Grinnell on June 6, 1964 at St. Mary’s Church. He predeceased her on June 7, 2003. Angelina worked as a secretary for Corning Glass Works, WCBA radio, and Manpower. Surviving are her daughter, Kristina Woodcock, and son, Steven (Bonnie) Grinnell, both of Corning; sister: Marie Fizer of Christiansburg, VA; grandchildren: Cooper, Dominic, Alexis, and Ashleigh; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:30 PM on Friday, December 14, 2018 at St. Mary’s Church, 155 State Street, Corning, with Father Matthew Jones officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to All Saints Parish, 222 Dodge Avenue, Corning, NY 14830. Angelina’s family entrusted her care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
