Vernita Danielle White 2018

Vernita Danielle White was born on December 7, 1998 in Florence, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Levern Hampton and Robertha (James) Washington. Their beautiful young lady with a beautiful smile departed this life on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Nita, as she was affectionately called, was kind, loved life and enjoyed going to church. She was a member of the Baha’i Youth Group. There was always a smile on her face. Nita was always respectful. She attended West Florence High School and later Poyner Adult Education where she was actively working on her GED. Nita was employed at Burger King Restaurant. Nita was preceded in death by Joeann White Douglas, her maternal grandmother, Margarete Jones, paternal grandmother and O. C. Mouzon, maternal great grandfather. Left to cherish her memories are her parents Roberta (James) Washington of the home and Levern Hampton, Florence, SC; seven siblings, Jessica (Ivan) White, James White, Joshua (Amanda) White, Jacob White, Jonathan White, Tiffany Williams and Levern Hampton, Jr. grandparents; Leroy (Dorothy) Hart. She had a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A special friend, who she called her brother, Jason Godbolt.
