OBITUARY Stazy C. Hajek April 15, 1913 – November 3, 2018 Stazy C. Hajek, 105 years old of Flatonia, Texas, passed away in Flatonia on November 3, 2018. She was born April 15, 1913 to John and Anna Amalia (Jasek) Okruhlik. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Praha, KJZT, and the Altar Society. Stazy is survived by her son Alvin Hajek and wife Carolyn of Houston, two daughters Georgia Cerny of Praha, and Marty Chernosky of South Jordan, Utah, sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank Hajek Jr., daughter Margie Davis, six brothers, and five sisters. Acting as pallbearers will be Clarence Cerny, Allen Cerny, George Cerny, Shane Heath, Dylan Heath, and Luis Hinojosa. Honorary pallbearers are all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. FAMILY John Okruhlik, Father Anna Amalia (Jasek) Okruhlik, Mother Frank Hajek Jr., Husband Alvin Hajek, Son Carolyn Hajek, Daughter-in-law Georgia Cerny, Daughter Marty Chernosky, Daughter Ms. Hajek also leaves behind sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
