Paul D. Chambers, age 80, of Morristown, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018 at his residence. He worked for Cas Walker Grocery Store and was in the grocery business since he was seventeen years old. He attended Compassion Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Chambers; parents, John and Ellen Chambers; brothers, Clayton Chambers and Fred Chambers; and sisters, Nellie Brooks and Mary Brooks. He is survived by his son, Paul Dee (Misty) Chambers, Jr. of Nashville; daughters, Rita Ann Smith (Billy Kiker) of Newport and Vicky Michelle Chambers of Ocala, FL; grandchildren, Rebecca Musick, Ronnie (Christy) Satterfield, Matthew Satterfield, Nancy Smith, Katherine Tonya Holbrooks, Nathan Chambers, Natasha Chambers, and Jordan Chambers; sixteen great-grandchildren; brother, George (Daisy) Chambers; sister, Shirley (Harold) Bibbins; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Timmy Bibbins and Amedisys Hospice. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Fred Kilman and Rev. Travis Mills officiating. Interment will follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
