Obituary of Patricia Highland Pat was born February 8, 1943 in Mitchell, SD to William H. and Alta Mabel (Westrum) Sibley. Pat grew up in Mt. Vernon, SD. Pat married Larry L. Highland in 1968. Pat liked to do ceramics, camping, boating, playing cards and being a part of the Senior Citizens programs. She loved to go to the casinos and gamble. Pat is survived by her daughter, Terra Sweet; granddaughters, Tiah and Rachel Sweet; two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Elise Sweet who will not attend the service due to her father’s disbelief of Pat’s passing; brother, Fay Sibley and many nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Larry and her siblings: William, Myrna and Roy.
