Marsha Arnesen Bowman January 10 1946 November 17 2018 (age 72)

Our loving mom, Marsha Arnesen Bowman, passed away on November 17, 2018, surrounded by her kids. She was born January 10, 1946 to Arnold and Gladys Arnesen in Salt Lake City, Utah. Marsha endured a number of health issues over her lifetime, but handled them all with strength and independence that inspired all those who knew her. Marsha graduated from Utah Technical College as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and worked as a nurse until her retirement from Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful. She resided in Bountiful for many decades and raised three children there. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and especially enjoyed attending her weekly services to see her dear friends in her ward. Marsha loved cats and had several through her lifetime that she’d rescued from abandonment or abusive situations. Marsha is survived by her children, Tad, Lisa, and Bethany, her granddaughter Alexis, and her brothers Eric, Roger, and Craig, as well as a large extended family. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 9:30 – 10:30 am, at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, followed by a small service for family and close friends. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we know Marsha would be honored by donations to Best Friends Animal Society, or the National Kidney Foundation. favorite_border Donations Pledges
