Mario Anthony Della Vedova, Jr. of Havre de Grace died Sunday, November 18 at Citizens Care Center. He was 78. Born in Secaucus, NJ he was the son of the late Mario & Aida (Robustelli) Della Vedova, Sr. SFC Della Vedova retired from the US Army with over 23 years of service to his country and he was a member of the Havre de Grace American Legion. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 23 from 5-7pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a funeral service conducted by Deacon Ray VanPelt will be held on Saturday, November 24 at 10:00am. Interment with military honors will be at Harford Memorial Gardens.
